eMail Assistance: For assistance with questions not answered by these resources, or to report a bug, email Support. Please include the version numbers of Gambіt and Mаc OS X, and the model of computer that you are using. Provide your "licensee name" if you have purchased a registration key. We will attempt to respond to all inquiries, but questions from users of registered software will be given priority.
Occasionally a user reports problems with registration. The symptom is that the user is unable to enter a Licensee Name and Registration Key in the Gambіt; Registration panel. This problem can occur if the permissions for the user's Preferences folder are inadequate or have become corrupted. Check the permissions for the Preferences folder inside the user's Library folder. If you have administrator permissions but "write" permissions are not indicated, we recommend running Apple's "Disk Utility." First "Verify" the disk's permissions, and then "Repair" them.
Version 1.0.1 Released 12/13/05: adds French localization and improves Gambіt's responsiveness when picking up a piece while Crаfty is analyzing. Also fixes a bug that could cause the wrong window title to be displayed when a game was being set up. For this version downloads are available as .dmg disk images as well as .sit Stuffit archives.
